We bring in weekly fresh specials from Japan, featuring Hokkaido uni, king salmon, Hokkaido scallops, and other prized fish and seafood. Our family also owns Blue Venture Inc., a seafood import company supplying premium seafood to national distributors, grocery sushi programs, and international cruise lines. We hand-select the same sashimi-grade fish we sell to professional kitchens — flash-frozen at the peak of freshness, exactly the way world-class sushi is meant to be handled.
